Terms of Use
Last updated October 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of AirspaceLab at airspacelab.online360.org (the "Service"), operated by Online360 LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Training aid only, not for navigation
The Service is an educational simulation. It is not approved or endorsed by the FAA, it is not a substitute for instruction from a certificated flight instructor, and it must not be used for flight planning, navigation, weather decisions or any real flight. Airspace, airports, charts, traffic and weather may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and part-time towers, special use airspace activation, NOTAMs and TFRs are not shown live. Always use current official FAA sources and an official weather briefing.
2. Knowledge test practice
Practice questions are written to resemble the FAA private pilot knowledge test. A practice score does not predict your real test result, and passing a practice exam is not an endorsement or qualification of any kind.
3. Using the Service
The Service is free for personal, non-commercial study. You agree not to: disrupt or overload the Service or its data providers; scrape or bulk-download its content or APIs; attempt to access parts of it you are not meant to; or resell or reframe it as your own. Flight schools and instructors may use it with students; contact us for anything beyond that.
4. Third-party data
The Service displays data from third parties, including FAA AIS open data and charts, aviationweather.gov, AWS open terrain tiles, Esri imagery, and the adsb.lol and adsb.fi community ADS-B feeds. That data remains subject to its providers’ own terms. We do not control it and are not responsible for its accuracy or availability.
5. Intellectual property
The Service’s software, design, missions, questions and text belong to Online360 LLC or its licensors. Government data remains public domain where it is. You may share screenshots for study and non-commercial discussion.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Online360 LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the Service, including any use of it in connection with a real flight. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to US $50.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what little data we collect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
