Privacy Policy

Online360 LLC ("we") runs AirspaceLab. The short version: there are no accounts, no advertising, no tracking cookies, and we never sell data.
What stays on your device
Your progress (flight logbook, mission and checkride scores, practice exam history and missed questions, quiz totals, aircraft and weather setup, cockpit and sound preferences) is saved in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Clear your site data, or use Reset all on the Progress page, to delete it.
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that we host ourselves at analytics.online360.org. It sets no cookies and does not build profiles across sites. It records page views and a few anonymous in-app events (for example that a mission was started or finished and its score, or that a practice exam was graded) together with the page address, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and approximate country or region derived from your IP address. Your IP address itself is not stored. We use this only to understand which features help students and to fix problems.
Server logs
Like any website, our servers and our network provider (Cloudflare) process your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the Service from abuse. These logs are kept for a short time for security and troubleshooting.
Data we fetch for you
To show airspace, charts, terrain, weather and traffic, your browser or our server requests data from the FAA, aviationweather.gov, AWS open data, Esri, adsb.lol and adsb.fi. Requests for the map location you are viewing go to these providers under their own privacy policies. Practice exam answers are sent to our server only to be graded and are not stored.
Voice
ATC voice uses your browser’s built-in speech synthesis. AirspaceLab does not use your microphone and records no audio.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and help you, and keep it as long as needed for that.
Children
The Service is meant for student pilots and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
You can block the analytics script with any content blocker and the Service still works fully. You can ask us about or to delete any information connected to you by emailing us.
